General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between c&b printhub (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and its customers in connection with 3D printing services.

1. Subject matter of the contract

1.1. The Provider offers 3D printing services that enable the Customer to create customized objects according to their specifications.

2. Services

2.1. The Provider shall provide the Customer with the necessary 3D printing services in accordance with the agreed specifications.

3. Orders

3.1. Orders are placed by the customer via the channels provided by the provider.

3.2. The provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its own discretion.

4. Prices and payment terms

4.1. The prices for the 3D printing services are communicated on the website or otherwise by the provider.

4.2. The customer is obliged to pay the agreed prices for the services rendered.

4.3. Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment methods specified on the website.

5. Delivery and shipping

5.1. The delivery time shall be communicated to the customer and depends on various factors, including the complexity of the print job and the availability of materials.

5.2. The provider shall endeavor to meet the delivery deadlines, but cannot be held liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control.

6. Right of return

6.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the printed items.

6.2. To exercise this right of return, the customer must send the provider written notification of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

6.3. The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the printed items.

6.4. The provider shall reimburse the customer for all payments received in connection with the returned product within 14 days of receiving the return.

7. Intellectual property

7.1. The customer guarantees that they have all necessary rights to the files or designs provided.

7.2. The customer retains intellectual property rights to their designs or files.

7.3. The provider reserves the right to use photos of printed objects for advertising or marketing purposes unless the customer expressly objects to this.

8. Disclaimer

8.1. The provider is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the printed objects.

8.2. The provider's liability is limited to gross negligence and intent.

9. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

9.1. The provider reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time.

9.2. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions will be communicated to the customer in good time and will come into effect after a reasonable period of time.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

10.1. These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

10.2. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions shall be the registered office of the provider in Lower Saxony.

These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on January 1, 2025.
